This is a semi-short tutorial on how to access a live agent chat on Facebook’s business support site. I walk you through step by step on the process to locate the site and avoid getting lost in their support navigation pages designed to keep you away from actually chatting with a person.
I do find their chat fairly helpful and have chatted in with them multiple times. If you’re having any issues with your facebook ads account or get your account disabled for no reason give them a quick chat and they might be able to help you out.
To access their chat go to and click support, then click Get Started, and then choose a issue. Once you do this you’ll find their chat support option on the bottom.

Hi, I am trying to get the live chat to re-activate my disabled Instagram account. I know you need an ad running already, I did one for $1 in the past but the option never came up for the live chat. How does it work, like do I need to have it running for a certain length of time? My friend and I really need the account back, its been disabled for a month and if we can't get the chat option somehow we'd even pay you to talk to them for us and see if you can find one person willing to do it. Dead serious, its desperate times for us. Thanks for your help in advance, also subscribed
