i follow the same procedure but i have a problem in adding products. there is no products button or add collection even when i click on shop there is nothing to show ..can you tell me what's the exact problem please i have 6 years old page ..
None of this is on my facebook. I go under settings and there is no Template tab. I don't even have the menu under my blue bar at the top of facebook.

I went back to my FB page to check and see if I had everything right so far. But, when I hit the back arrow, I got a "something went wrong" type notice. And now I can't get the shop tab (on my page) to work at all. Can you help?
