  • The content information is useful, the intro music is OK the titles are fine, but the video and audio quality of the basic video are poor. Rule #1 of production is that for maximum communication every technical aspect should be roughly equal in quality to the basic presentation. A contrast between the element will make to worst seem worse and become a distraction. Rule #2 is to never talk down to an audience. Use proper names for things like pelvis and coccyx and if you believe the audience is unfamiliar with the terms, then explain them. Any adult who can learn to spell and follow Feldenkrais can learn a few new words. Rule #3 is to stick with a subject. Feldenkrais is not magic. No aspect of it is magical. It is a 100% practical and pragmatic approach to learning to use the body through awareness.
    Make more videos, but get some tech help so they retain their value as tech continues to progress.
